: (1) The Executive Chief shall present the annual report of the board's activities to the committee within three months of the end of each financial year and a copy of such report shall also be provided to the Government of Nepal.
(2) The executive head shall publicly publish the annual report of the board as mentioned in sub-section (1) every year.
