(1) The Vice-Chancellor shall submit an annual report regarding the activities of Prajna Pratishthan to the Assembly within the prescribed period and the Assembly may consider the report and issue necessary instructions. According to the instructions received in this way, the report should be finalized.
(2) In addition to other things in the report according to sub-section (1), the main work done by Prajna Pratishthan in the field of science and technology, achievements in the field of science and technology and their industrial or practical use, details of income and expenses, study, research and administrative in each field. Details of expenses should be mentioned.
(3) The Vice-Chancellor shall submit to the Prime Minister the report which has been considered and finalized in accordance with sub-section (1).
(4) The Prime Minister shall make public the report submitted in accordance with sub-section (3) through the Minister of Environment, Science and Technology.
