(1) The regulatory body and the relevant ministry Section of the Act – 6B. And a report must be submitted to the National Coordinating Committee within three months of the end of each financial year, including the details of the activities carried out in accordance with this regulation.
(2) The report received according to sub-rule (1) shall be sent by the National Coordination Committee to the Ministry and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
(3) The report according to sub-rule (1) shall include details, monitoring, analysis, problem and solution measures related to property or funds withholding or release.
