(1) The National Sports Association or the Federation shall prepare an annual report with the details of its activities, operations and income-expenditure every year and submit it to the Council within two months of the end of such financial year.
(2) The Council shall prepare an annual report for each year and submit it to the Ministry within three months of the end of the financial year.
(3) In addition to other things in the report according to sub-section (2), the work done by the council throughout the year, achievements, expenses incurred for such work, condition of funds and resources of the council, problems seen in the field of sports and the measures to solve them and the main actions taken by each association, A brief statement of income and expenditure should also be mentioned.
(4) The annual report of the Council under sub-section (2) shall be submitted by the Chairman to the Custodian.
(5) The Ministry shall publish the report submitted by the association and council as per sub-section (1) or (2).
