: (1) The trade union shall audit its accounts and submit the annual statement of each year to the registrar within three months of the end of the financial year so that all assets, debts and liabilities are clearly visible.
(2) The annual statement as per sub-section (1) shall also include the total number of dues paying members of the trade union and the details of the officers who have changed during the year.
