(1) Every company holding an annual general meeting shall, within thirty days of the annual general meeting, the number of shareholders present at the meeting, the number of directors attending the general meeting through video conference or other similar technology, the annual financial statement, the report of the board of directors and the auditor and one of the decisions made by the meeting. It should be sent to the office.
(2) Except as otherwise provided in this Act, every company shall submit to the office a copy of the annual financial statement with an audit report certified by the auditor within six months of the completion of the financial year.
(3) The company may submit the details and documents to be submitted to the office in accordance with this Act electronically by uploading them to the computer system. The details submitted in this way shall be preserved by the office in the electronic records of the respective companies.
