Section 38
Functions, Duties and Powers of the Annual General Meeting
: The functions, duties and powers of the Annual General Meeting shall be as follows:-
(a) To approve the annual program and budget (b) approving the annual audit report,
(c) Election and dissolution of the Committee or Audit Supervisory Committee,
(d) removal of the director or the coordinator or member of the Audit Supervisory Committee,
(e) To pass the annual report of the Committee or Audit Supervisory Committee,
(f) To adopt regulations and internal procedures,
(g) appointing auditors and fixing their remuneration,
(h) To make decisions relating to amalgamation or dissolution of institutions,
(i) Prescribing benefits including wages,
(j) Accepting external liability,
(k) Waiver of liability of member,
(l) To give necessary instructions to the Committee,
(D) To perform other functions as specified in the regulations.
