Rule 11
Actual damages
:
(1) Out of the total amount to be paid to the distributor for the total electricity unit determined according to rule 10, the amount remaining to be paid after deducting the amount paid to the distributor by the person accused of wrongdoing during that period shall be considered as the actual loss.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), for the purpose of calculating the total amount to be paid to the distributor, the prevailing electricity tariff rate at the time of the offense shall be used as the basis.
