Section 3
Development Zone, Zonal and District Division
:
(1) The words "Nepal in Schedule-4 of the Constitution of Nepal" have been placed. As mentioned, development has been divided into zones, zones and districts.
(2) The boundaries and headquarters of each development zone, zone and district shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
(3) The boundaries of the district and the headquarters of the districts which were maintained before will remain as per the previous regulations until the Government of Nepal publishes a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
