Section 94
Trial of the insane accused
(1) According to section 93, if a report is received from the doctor that the deranged accused in custody is capable of defending the charges against him or if the head of such insane asylum or prison certifies that the deranged accused in custody in a mental institution or prison is capable of defending the charges against him, the army, chamu of the area where the accused is located. , the captain or captain or any other officer in his stead may order that the charge brought before him be tried by the same or another military court.
