Section 95
Can release insane accused
: In the case of an accused in custody, on the basis of a doctor's report and in the case of an accused in custody, if the head of the insane asylum or prison releases the accused or proves that he cannot harm himself or anyone else, the Ministry of Defense may release the accused in custody under section 93. Or he can be detained or sent to a mental institution if he is not already in a mental institution.
