If the committee feels that the fund should be dissolved due to any reason, the disclosure committee should submit a report to the Government of Nepal. After receiving such a report, the government of Nepal can dissolve the fund by assuming all the liabilities of the fund. The method of dissolution shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
