13. Time can be made available for broadcasting advertisement:

If someone wants to broadcast an advertisement according to section 14 of the Act, the advertisement fee collected from such person, organization or agency shall be specific to the broadcasting organization or person who will provide time for broadcasting the advertisement. It will be as determined by the ministry based on the expenses and the advertising fees charged by the broadcasting organizations of the SAARC countries.
