Section 72
Functions of Financial Agent
The bank shall act as a financial agent of the Government of Nepal subject to the conditions or limits determined on the basis of the agreement with the Government of Nepal in the following matters:- (a) Buying and selling of bonds issued by the Government of Nepal, making market arrangements, transferring and keeping records thereof. Transactions like this. (b) Payment of loan, interest and other fees as per clause (a). (c) Other necessary work to be done as an agent.
