If an organization applies to the bank to take time off from doing financial mediation work, if it is found that such organization has paid all its obligations, the bank may give such organization time off from doing financial mediation work. However, in the event that such organization is unable to pay the entire liability, the bank shall stop such organization from doing financial mediation work and send a written notice to the Government of Nepal to pay the liability from the assets of that organization in accordance with the Organization Registration Act, 2034.
