(1) Employees of the following positions may be granted leave by the following officers:-
(a) Approval of leave of official level and assistant level employees of the committee by the General Manager.
(b) Approval of leave of the General Manager by the Chairman of the Board.
(c) If there is an executive chairman, approval of the chairman's leave by the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Communications.
(2) The General Manager may take the leave of absence himself.
(3) The General Manager may delegate the authority to approve leave to any officer below him.
