Leave of the head of the mission and the staff of the mission may be approved by the following officer:-

(a) Head of the mission's holiday and holiday leave head of the mission by himself,

(b) all other leave except for holiday and festive leave of the head of mission, by the secretary of the ministry,

(c) All types of leave other than study leave and extraordinary leave of the employees working in the mission shall be approved by the head of the mission, but the leave taken to come to Nepal shall be approved by the secretary of the ministry.
