(1) According to rule 7, the approved project shall submit an application to the bank to deposit the foreign currency received as foreign investment.

(2) Application according to sub-rule (1). After receipt, the bank will provide the applicant with a bank account to deposit foreign currency.

(3) According to sub-rule (2), the investor must deposit foreign currency in the account provided by the bank within the period specified by the bank.

( 4) After depositing foreign currency in the account as per sub-rule (3), the bank shall convert it into Nepali currency according to the exchange rate prevailing on the day of depositing such foreign currency and deposit such converted Nepali currency in the account of a commercial bank in the name of the project.
