(1) Foreign investors who want to invest in Nepal will not have a maximum limit on the investment amount and investment share.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), in the case of service industry, the maximum limit of equity capital of foreign investment and the limit of investment in securities may be determined in accordance with section 10 so that it is not less than the commitment made by Nepal in relation to the relevant sector or sub-sector when Nepal became a member of the World Trade Organization.
