Section 64
Details of foreign exchange transactions
(1) The bank shall require the person who has received the license to submit to the bank a detailed statement of the foreign currency exchange and related operations. The period, format and other related documents for submitting such details shall be as prescribed by the bank from time to time. (2) It shall be the duty of the person who has received the license to submit the details as per sub-section (1) and the documents prescribed by the bank to the bank.
