Section 23
Cannot be transferred to the name of a foreigner
It is not allowed to transfer the share or partial ownership of any Nepalese ship in the name of a foreign citizen or foreign organized organization in contravention of section 4 or to carry out any business in Nepali ship in such a way that the Nepali ship is liable to such foreign citizen or organization.
