(1) For the purpose of sub-section (3) of section 33 of the Act, if there is any construction work related to the generation, transmission or distribution of electricity, the place where such construction work takes place or the real estate located within a certain distance around that place, the Government of Nepal shall ensure that no one else can use it for the purpose of any specific work. From time to time, it may prohibit by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
(2) Houses shall not be built or trees shall be planted under the power lines installed for transmission or distribution of electricity and within the distance mentioned in Schedule-12 and 13 to the right and left of such lines.
