A person or an organization wishing to generate power should submit three copies of the application form to the Director General with the following details related to the proposed power generation project in the format as per schedule-6:-
(a) Detailed description of the project (which includes the map of the project site, the source of electricity to be produced, the estimated time required to complete the project, the cost, the names of the participants of the project and the type of their involvement, the person who is the ultimate owner of the project or the organization and the name, surname and the director of such organization and The homeland should also be clearly disclosed). (b) If mineral fuel is used to generate electricity, the type of fuel to be used, its supply method and storage system and the related agreement or letter of intent and any other related documents must also be submitted.
(c) Feasibility analysis (technical description and economic analysis with a detailed map of the project, details of customers and consumers, estimated quantity of electricity that can be sold, details of transmission and distribution systems owned by other individuals or organizations used in electricity supply), < br> (d) Financing arrangements (project financing arrangements, financial status of project investors, commitments of financial institutions directly participating in the project, and investors' obligations and share-capital and loan percentages),
(e) Use or acquisition of real estate (Total area of ​​government or non-government land required for use or acquisition on a permanent or temporary basis for the project and cost of land owners),
(f) Environmental impact analysis (Measures to be adopted to minimize the significant negative impact of the project on the environment, social and economic impact of the project in the area, use of existing local labor and resources, benefits to the people of the area after the completion of the project, construction and operation maintenance Local in relationThe training provided to the people, the facilities required for the construction camp, the protective arrangements and the impact of the project on the related landowners, the costs of the displaced population and the necessary measures to be adopted for their rehabilitation should also be clearly disclosed.
(g) Details related to purchase and sale of electricity (contract or letter of intent related to purchase and sale of electricity generated from the project and any other related documents should also be attached),
(h) Details related to arrangements for transmission of electricity produced by the project, (h) Details related to fuel supply, transportation and storage (contract or letter of intent related to the supply, transportation or storage of electricity and other fuel required for the project and any other related documents, if any) should also be attached),
