Rule 92
Use of electrical systems

(1) The person who has received the permit can supply the electricity produced in any part of Nepal to any point of the existing electricity system in that part and take electricity from any point of the electricity system in another part of Nepal if it is suitable for technical reasons.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the person or the organization owning the electricity system shall allow the person who has obtained the permit to use his electricity system if it is suitable from a technical point of view.
(3) When supplying electricity in accordance with sub-rule (1), the person who has obtained the permit shall pay the fee as determined by mutual agreement to the person or organization owning such electricity system.
