Rule 69
Power supply should be shut off
:
(1) In case of inspection, repair or any other important work of the equipment installed for power generation, transmission and distribution, the power supply should be stopped.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), it shall not be mandatory to stop power supply if it can be done in a completely safe manner from a technical point of view.
(3) After completing the work as per sub-rule (1), re-operation of the power line should be done with proper attention to the danger that may arise.
