Section 3
Authenticity of electronic records

(1) Subject to this clause, any subscriber may authenticate any electronic record by his digital signature.
(2) According to sub-section (1), when providing authenticity to the electronic record, the transfer of such electronic record to another electronic record shall be done through the use of asymmetric crypto system and hash function. Explanation: For the purposes of this section, "hash function" means a hash function that produces the same hash result from a record every time the algorithm is executed using the same record as input, it is computationally impossible to obtain or reconstruct a record from the hash result generated by the algorithm, and the algorithm It is the act of mapping an algorithm or converting a sequence of bits into another group, usually smaller, in such a way that it is computationally infeasible to obtain two records that produce the same hash result.
(3) Any person can verify the electronic records using the customer's public key.
