(1) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this regulation, the Commission may make provision for the use of electronic equipment in any or all constituencies for the purpose of voting.
(2) According to sub-rule (1) the electors shall use electronic equipment while voting in the electoral area where the Commission has arranged for the use of electronic equipment.
(3) The procedure for using electronic equipment shall be as determined by the Commission.
