(1) There shall be a central electronic data repository for integrated storage and use of personal and biological information collected in accordance with this Act.
(2) A connection (link) will be arranged between the data repository established in accordance with sub-section (1) and the data repository in various government offices and agencies.
(3) Details collected by the province, district and local levels can be attached (linked) in accordance with the laws in force in the database as per sub-section (1).
(4) Additional storage (back up) will be arranged for the data stored in accordance with sub-section (1) in the department and also in the government data center designated by the Government of Nepal.
(5) In accordance with this section, the entry of details in the data repository, additional storage, data processing and other arrangements related to use shall be as prescribed.
