Section 27
Electronic register should be kept
: (1) The secured member institution shall establish data (database) on the basis of electronic register and keep records in such a way that data such as deposit and depositor's identity, type of deposit, deposit to be protected per depositor can be viewed immediately.
(2) The arrangements related to the operation of the electronic register shall be as prescribed by the fund.
(3) In order to identify the depositor and determine the amount of deposit under protection per depositor, the fund shall prepare data (database) based on the electronic system in a centralized and automatic manner to assist the depositor in conducting research.
(4) Secured depositors and secured member organizations can obtain the data and information contained in the data (database) prepared on the basis of the fund's electronic system.
(5) The Fund shall prepare data (database) on the basis of its electronic system in such a way that the confidentiality of personal data of safe depositors is maintained under the prevailing law.
(2) The arrangements related to the operation of the electronic register shall be as prescribed by the fund.
