(1) Content that is forbidden to be published or displayed on computer, Internet and other electronic communication media, or content that is against public morals, decency, or that spreads hatred or malice towards someone or disharmony between different castes, castes, and sects. Any person who publishes or displays material that disturbs relationships, teases, harasses, insults a woman or does or causes to be done any other unrestricted act shall be punished with a fine of up to one lakh rupees or with imprisonment for a term of up to five years or with both.
(2) If a person repeatedly commits an offense under sub-section (1), he shall be punished twice as much as the previous punishment for such offence.
