Section 21
Method of Passing and Validating Bills
(1) If the bill introduced in accordance with section 20 is passed by the majority of the members immediately existing in the assembly, the chairman of the assembly shall certify such bill within fifteen days.
(2) The bill certified as per sub-section (1) shall become law.
