Rule 5
Departmental action and punishment
:
(1) In accordance with sub-rule (1) of rule 4, the landlord patwari who fails to send the goods to the area mall within the time limit or who hesitates to send them can be fined up to 200 rupees by the boss of the area mall and the Nepalese government can confiscate the landlord patwari who does not complete the work even after that.
(2) According to sub-rule (2) of rule 4, the goods depot manager who fails to send the goods to the warehouse within the deadline or who hesitates to send them, may be punished according to the Civil Service Regulations. Note: Some words changed by Nepal Laws (Amendment) Act, 2024: “Gazette” and “Report” instead of “Gazette” and “Report”.
