Section 3
Work performed at different levels

(1) The Government of Nepal shall carry out administrative work at the central level, state level, district level and local level in order to maintain good governance in the country. (2) The division of provinces and districts as per sub-section (1) and the determination of the geographical area of ​​the local level shall be governed by the prevailing laws.
