Section 7
Jewel Decoration Ceremony
: (1) The President shall give the jewel, its symbol group and the certificate of the jewel decoration ceremony to the person receiving the jewel.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the Council of Ministers may, at any time, arrange for the provision of jewels to the head of state or head of government or specific persons of foreign countries in accordance with this act.
(3) On the day of the beautification ceremony, if the recipient of the jewel is unable to attend for any reason, he/she will receive the symbolic group and certificate of the jewel from the Ministry of Home Affairs.
(4) If any jewel is given to a person posthumously or if the person receiving the jewel dies before the beautification ceremony, the emblems, honors and certificates received by him shall be given to his wife or husband or if there is no such wife or husband, to his eldest child or to his next of kin if there is no child. .
(5) The recipient of the jewel shall not wear the emblem before the beautification ceremony.
