Rule 4
Details can be checked and identified

(1) The Commission may check the correspondence of the details mentioned in the commitment and proclamation submitted in accordance with sub-rule (3) of rule 3 with the details in the voters' list.
(2) If any deficiency or error is found in the details mentioned in such commitment and proclamation during the examination according to sub-rule (1), the commission may give a maximum of seven days time to the concerned party to complete or correct such details.
(3) During the examination of the application submitted for party registration, the commission may, as necessary, hold discussions with the chief officers and members of the central committee of the proposed party or make them appear before the commission and get their signatures certified according to schedule-4. In this way, officials or members who do not appear on the date specified to appear before the commission for identification will not be identified later.
