10. Details to be registered: (1) Details of licenses and permits must be recorded by the Ministry in the registration book as per schedule-6.
(2) If any information mentioned in the license and permit is changed in accordance with rule 15 or if the license and permit is renewed, the ministry shall record the same in the registration book as per sub-rule (1).
