: In addition to the things mentioned in sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Act, the establishment that employs children should also submit the following details to the labor office:-
(a) Time to be worked by the child,
(b) A copy of the open letter of appointment showing the type of service in which the appointment is temporary or permanent,
(c) Whether accommodation facilities are available and
(d) Department or branch where the child works.
