: (1) The officer who has received the permission or order to record the details related to the communication recorded in accordance with this paragraph shall submit it to the authorized officer in the manner prescribed by him in every two months in the case of the record in accordance with section 25 and every fortnight in the case of the record in accordance with section 26. (2) The authorized officer to record the communication in accordance with this paragraph shall submit such record to the authorized officer within fifteen days from the date of completion of the work of recording the communication or the expiry of the period of such permission, whichever is earlier.
(3) The records obtained according to sub-section (2) shall be sealed and kept safely by the authorized officer.
(4) The sealed record as per sub-section (3) shall be submitted to the court at the time of filing the case and shall be kept in the relevant court or police office in accordance with the order of the court.
