(1) If there is any change in the details attached to the application given for registration of the name of a non-resident Nepali registered in accordance with sub-rule (1) of rule 4, such non-resident Nepali shall inform the head of the delegation or the secretary within three months.
(2) The information obtained according to sub-rule (1) shall be updated by the head of the commission or the secretary in the records established according to sub-rule (1) of rule 4.
