Section 44
Details to be submitted

(1) Firms, companies or agents importing vehicles from abroad shall state the model, engine number, chassis number and the type and manufacturer of each vehicle that they have imported, to whom and when they have sold the vehicles and the remaining vehicles that they have imported. Details of how many vehicles are in stock must be submitted to the authorized officer every month.
(2) The authorized officer may request any other necessary details and documents related to vehicle importation and sales distribution in addition to the details written in sub-section (1) from the firm, company or agent that imports and sells vehicles from abroad. It will be the duty of such firm, company or agent to provide the requested details and documents immediately.
