organization that has to submit the statement shall submit the following statement documents electronically to the bank within the period specified by the bank:...

(b) Transaction amount,
(c) the institution's bank balance,
(d) Details of incidents related to fraud and disputes (e) details of the nature and resolution of the dispute,
(f) Complaints and suggestions received,
(g) service interruption or security-related incidents,
(h) Other details as may be prescribed by the Bank.
