While recognizing any educational degree and certificate in accordance with Section 21, the council may request from the relevant educational institution the prescribed course for such educational degree and certificate and the prescribed conditions for admission and other related details.
(2) According to sub-section (1) it shall be the duty of the concerned educational institution to provide the necessary details as requested by the Council.
