Educational institutions providing certificates of educational qualification or other degrees recognized in accordance with section 21 may request details from such institutions from time to time for evaluation of the courses prescribed for the purpose of such certificates or other degrees and the conditions prescribed for admission. can do and it will be the duty of such organization to provide that information.
