(1) In connection with the work and duties mentioned in section 6, the Commission may request necessary details regarding financial transactions, existing funds, educational programs, courses or other activities of a university or an educational institution operating under it. and it shall be the duty of the concerned university to make such details available.

(2) In relation to the details requested in accordance with sub-section (1), if any university or an educational institution operating under it has to be inspected, the commission may arrange for inspection as required. And it will be the duty of the concerned university to provide necessary assistance to the person who comes to conduct such inspection.
