(1) In order to fulfill the purpose of this Act, if it is necessary for the investigating agency to obtain or examine any documents, account statements or other details, and if the documents, account statements or other details related to the investigation and investigation are in the possession of any person or organization or such person or if the institution thinks that it can receive and submit it, the investigating and investigating body may request such person or organization to submit such documents, account details and other details. It will be the duty of the concerned person or organization to provide details or other details.
