(2) If it is deemed necessary or desirable for the Government of Nepal or the bank to obtain or examine any statement, account or document in order to fulfill the purpose of this Act and such statement, account or document is in the possession of this person or it is possible that this person can obtain and submit such statement, account or document. If so, the Government of Nepal or the bank may order any such person to submit or receive and submit the statement account or document to the Government of Nepal or the bank.
