If only one of the landowners and farmers file the details, the Ukhada officer should publish a notice in the format specified in Schedule-2 and such notice shall be sent to the chairman of the concerned village development committee and the chairman shall send such notice to his area. It should be posted in the places where everyone can see it and propagated in such a detailed way that everyone knows.
