(1) The person who has obtained the permit shall submit the progress report of the search and inspection work in the format as per schedule-6 to the department every five months.
(2) The licensee shall submit the annual production progress statement of mineral substances in the format as per schedule-9 to the department within three months after the end of each financial year.
(3) The license holder shall submit the following statement or report to the department within three months from the end of each financial year:-
(a) Details regarding mineral reserves and mineral resources.
(b) Details regarding mineral production and sales distribution.
(c) Details regarding machinery and equipment.
(d) Details regarding employees and workers.
(e) Details regarding the cost of various mineral operations, income and expenditure.
(f) Other necessary details and reports.
(4) If the person who has received the permit, in the course of mineral work, damages or loss of public property occurs, he/she must make necessary arrangements for its protection and give the information to the department with all the details by means of a speedy means.
