(1) If any dispute arises between the Board, the insured or the service provider during the implementation of this Act or the provisions of the rules made under this Act, such dispute shall be resolved by mutual agreement.
(2) If the dispute is not resolved according to sub-section (1), the dispute resolution committee shall resolve such dispute as prescribed.
(3) The party who is not satisfied with the dispute resolution decision made by the committee under sub-section (2) may appeal to the relevant district court within thirty-five days from the date of receiving information about such decision.
