Rule 129
Dispute Resolution According to Section 58 of the
Act, the matter to be resolved by mutual agreement, the process of submitting an application for dispute resolution, the meeting to be held for mutual agreement and the process of decisions shall also be mentioned in the purchase agreement and such dispute shall be resolved.
